Poster Chat Sessions

5-minute poster abstract presentations with Question and Answer at the end of each presentation.

Poster Chat Sessions have been created to highlight accepted ATC abstract poster presentations and give poster presenters the opportunity to give an oral presentation of their abstract work in addition to a poster board presentation.

IMPORTANT: The Poster Chat Session does not replace creating a poster board presentation and displaying the poster board graphic that abstract submitters have previously been notified about.

Poster Chat Presentation Details:

  • Poster Chat Sessions are designed with specific topic-driven presentations.
  • Theaters are created in the poster hall, Exhibit Hall C of the Hynes Convention Center, to hold the Poster Chat Sessions during the evening Poster Sessions A, B, C, D.
  • The theater allows for up to 50 p seating.
  • Each theater will have the poster graphic uploaded on the session screen for the presenter, moderator, and audience to view.
  • Each Poster Chat presentation is 5 minutes in length followed by 5 minutes of live question and answer from the moderators and audience.
