Affiliate Fees
After submitting your application, it will be reviewed to determine the space needed for your event. Deadline to submit an application is May 18, 2022.
The fees below are administrative costs paid to ATC and include rental of the space only. Room setup, food and beverage, audiovisual, and other costs must be arranged and paid for directly with the hotel and other vendors.

Events over 1,500 square feet are considered either a Special Event or Satellite Symposium and different fees apply. Please complete an application or submit an inquiry to confirm your event’s approval and fees.
